Returns and Refund Policy
Your KOPI Deva has been designed, manufactured and tested using our rigorous internal quality control process. Our grinders are built to last a lifetime, provided they are treated with care.
If you have any issues with your KOPI Deva, please email info@kopiconcepts.com and we will respond to help diagnose the issue and get your grinder back to a working order. Please include a comprehensive description of any problems that you’re having, including photos, videos and the serial number (found at the base of your KOPI Deva).
KOPI Concepts will not pay for:
Repairs of replacements when the product is used for purposes other than intended.
Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse or use with products not approved by KOPI Concepts.
Customer defined issues that are deemed by KOPI Concepts to be within standard manufacturing specifications. We will take responsibility for what we consider to be actual issues.
Pre orders and any product made to order, including any product purchased under or in relation to the Kickstarter and Indiegogo crowdfunding campaigns cannot be returned for a refund.
If you’re not happy with your order – for whatever reason – you can return it for a refund minus any original shipping and credit card and/or payment processing fees. Goods must be returned in an unopened and brand new condition as it arrived to you. Please notify us by email to info@kopiconcepts.com within 14 days to be eligible for your return. Any refunds processed will be provided in GBP (£) as per the original invoice. Any changes to the exchange rate between the original time of purchase to the date of refund will be the the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your grinder is out of alignment due to intervention outside of the KOPI Concepts team and you cannot realign it yourself, you may send it back to us to be realigned. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from our workshop in London, as well as a £70 workmanship fee for realignment by the workshop team.
You should consider using a trackable and reliable courier service, and or postage insurance. We cannot process your return if you do not receive your machine, or if it is damaged during the shipping process.
