By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Your use of this Website and purchase of the Products is subject to these legally binding terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the Website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All goods and services offered on the Store are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

WARRANTY

KOPI Concepts Ltd warrants to the original purchaser and our Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers that this KOPI Concepts product will be free from defects in parts for a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, KOPI Concepts will correct any defective parts or any failure of the KOPI Concepts product to conform to specifications by sending replacement parts, along with instructions on how to fit them. Shipping costs for parts under warranty will be covered by KOPI Concepts. Any replacement part/product shall be new and is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, whichever is longer.  

This warranty is not transferable, and the warranty period is not extended as a result of purchasing any additional products from KOPI Concepts.  The original purchaser must notify KOPI Concepts in writing within fourteen (14) days if there are defective parts. Written notice in all events must be received by KOPI Concepts before expiration of the warranty period. We may ask for further information including photos or video to help us diagnose the problem, so the appropriate part can be dispatched.

 This guarantee does not cover the cost of returning the product to KOPI Concepts and this will be paid by the purchaser/Indiegogo and/or Kickstarter backer. If you wish to claim on your warranty or find out more information, please contact us by email on info@kopiconcepts.com

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

KOPI Concepts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We may attempt to contact you if all or a portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to complete and accept your order.

RESALE AND RISK OF LOSS

Purchases made on the Store are intended for end users only and are not authorized for resale. Title and risk of loss for all products purchased from the Store pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery by KOPI Concepts to the freight carrier.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Refused deliveries will be returned back to our workshop. Any fees associated with the shipping company to return a delivery to the shipment origin are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount, including any processing fees. A 15% restocking fees will be charged for any goods returned due to customer’s refusal of delivery. This refused delivery also extends to customers providing incorrect or outdated addresses. If a customer needs to change their address, please email info@kopiconcepts.com with their order number immediately. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been fulfilled, and will fall under the terms of refused deliveries.

PREORDERS

Due to our desire to effectively plan for production, we will offer products for pre order directly on our webstore. Please note that any purchase through our website being stock available for immediate dispatch or preorder follows the same terms and conditions and is considered a binding agreement between KOPI Concepts LTD and the customer. We use the pre order funds to plan and pay for manufacturing, and each machine is made to order. Therefore they are not eligible for order cancellation or refunds once the manufacturing has started. Any exceptions to this are at the sole discretion of KOPI Concepts. In the case that cancellations are allowed, any incurred payment processing fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We try to keep the images and descriptions of our products accurate, but we cannot guarantee that products you receive will match the images or descriptions. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Orders made or believed to be made for the purposes of resale will be cancelled unless we have previously provided authorisation. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING, CUSTOMER AND/OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit, prohibit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies or storage units and orders shipping to either of these address types, or suspected of shipping to either of these business types, will be cancelled, with any payment processing fees deducted from any refunds.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In the event that an order is cancelled by KOPI Concepts LTD, a refund will be provided to the purchaser through their original payment method, with any payment processing fees deducted from any refund.
